New Exchange: Our Flag Means Gifts

Greetings! I'm preparing to run a fic exchange for OFMD roughly alongside Yuletide this autumn and winter, Our Flag Means Gifts.

Nominations will open in early October, signups in mid-October, and assignments should go out early in November.

So far the announcement is getting an enthusiastic response, so I'm very hopeful of having a successful exchange!
